Take note of three differences that seem to be taking place in the 1920's in society compared to WW1.

 Learning Outcomes:  Today we will learn about what Canadian society was like in the 1920's for all Canadians.

You will be divided into groups based on the following topics..




1.Mobility/Communications

2.Moving Pictures/Art

3. Identity/Sport

4. Women:Status/Politics

5.Women :Person's Case

6.Aboriginals: Assimilation,Land 

7. African/Immigrants

Individually you will read and take notes on the key vocab and ideas presented on your topic..




As a group you will summarize your ideas and prepare a poster to present to the other groups...

You should use illustrations,colour and creativity to present your ideas....

As you move from presentation to presentation you will fill in your chart....With the the key information.... Once you have completed all presentations your group will meet once again together and share information...
